Intellectual property
Website content, playbooks and tooling remain our property. Client artwork remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it for production and previews.
Installation
Install dates depend on weather, access, municipal approval and material lead times. Delays beyond our control do not constitute breach.
Warranty
Workmanship and materials carry warranty terms stated on your quotation — typically 12–36 months depending on system type. Misuse, vandalism and unauthorised modifications void cover.
Limitation
Liability is limited to the value of the specific project except where law prohibits limitation for gross negligence or consumer rights.
Governing law
South African law applies. Disputes should first be raised in writing to info@nextlevelrelocation.co.za.
